Logo Design for a fictional Streetwear brand – NOTA

NOTA is a Latin word and has many meanings, such as: brand, letter, label, inscription, mark, feature, script, character and so on. 

I think the terms fit perfectly to a clothing brand and decided to create a custom bubble type and combined it with a classic sans serif font to complement it, Neue Haas Grotesk. 

I'm using the logo for some kind of merch in the form of a hat, a tshirt and a paper bag. The latter mainly because during the process I was thinking about what characteristics my brand should have and the concepts of slow fashion and sustainability are of great importance to me.
